Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai seeks a Finance Manager to lead the finance department and oversee all accounting functions for a high-volume travel business.

The role requires 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, strong ERP skills, and proficiency in Arabic. You will manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting while ensuring VAT compliance and audit coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualifications are an advantage.
• 5–8 years of progressive finance/accounting experience with leadership experience.
• Experience in travel & tourism, travel agencies, OTAs, ticketing or hospitality preferred.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, AP/AR, GL, budgeting, VAT, audits and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Department overseeing AP, AR, GL, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Manage cash flow, bank positions, working capital, budgets and monthly management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, accounting standards, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
