Job summary

IFFCO Group invites applications for a Chartered Accountant to support the Director Finance (OFPC) in analyzing business performance and partnering with BU teams. The role focuses on monitoring working capital, financial accounting, forecasting and costing to drive disciplined financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years FMCG experience, an MBA in Finance is a plus, and hands-on exposure to Oracle or SAP.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years relevant FMCG experience.
MBA with specialization in Finance is an added advantage.
Functional knowledge in financial accounting, business analysis, planning, forecasting and costing.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Director Finance in monitoring business performance through analysis and key metrics.
Participate in development of Annual Business Plans of assigned BUs.
Develop and monitor forward-looking business intelligence and key metrics with BUs.
Ensure financial discipline and working capital management; monitor capex; enforce credit control.
Monitor foreign currency, interest and counterparty risks; devise risk management strategies.
Support corporate initiatives and business restructuring or disinvestment efforts.
Critically examine existing systems, workflows, policies and controls and suggest improvements.
Monitor compliance with IFFCO policies and applicable laws.
