And Simple ApS seeks a Finance Manager for a Dubai-based private family office focused on real estate investment and development. You will oversee financial management, planning, reporting, and investment performance across multiple real estate projects.

The role requires proven real estate development finance experience, strong modelling, budgeting, cash flow management, and fluency in Russian and English (both mandatory).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Solid experience in real estate development finance and project budgeting.
• Strong modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and investment performance monitoring.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and give actionable recommendations.
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across the portfolio.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports with clear insights.
• Develop financial models and projections to support investments.
• Assess land acquisitions, project financing structures and exits.
• Monitor cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax and regulatory requirements.
