Job summary

Food People in the UAE is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function across multiple entities. This hands-on role covers accounting, cost control, compliance and management reporting, and collaborates with senior leadership to support growth.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of accounting experience in UAE F&B or hospitality, a Bachelor's in Commerce/Finance, and professional qualifications (CMA/ACCA/CPA) preferred; strong UAE VAT and Corporate Tax knowledge; proficiency in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or related field is required.
CMA, ACCA or CPA qualification is preferred.
Solid knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
Experience managing multi-entity accounts and supporting new openings.

Responsibilities

Manage the full accounting cycle across multiple entities.
Oversee daily sales and cash reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls.
Lead cost control, including food costing, stock counts and variance reporting.
Manage payables and receivables, supplier reconciliations and payment planning.
Track capex and pre-opening costs for new venues.
Run payroll and manage related accruals.
Ensure VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and prepare for the annual audit.
Prepare monthly management accounts, weekly flash reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Support stakeholder reporting and identify opportunities to protect margins.
