Job summary

Lockton UAE is seeking an experienced IBA Finance Manager to lead the Finance function, ensuring robust controls and timely reporting in line with group standards. The role drives strategic financial analysis, transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in finance operations within insurance, a relevant accounting qualification, and strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE regulations. In-office role with focus on accuracy and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in finance operations within the insurance industry.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) or working towards.
• Strong IFRS and CBUAE regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review revenue performance against budget and ensure timely accounting of renewals and new business.
• Maintain robust financial controls and audit readiness.
• Ensure timely month-end close for IBA procedures.
• Ensure procedures align with group strategy and updated when needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
