Job summary

DGM Investment in Dubai is seeking a Finance Manager for its Facility Management arm. The role oversees financial reporting, cost control, billing, and profitability across FM contracts and sites, partnering with Operations, Procurement and senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in finance/accounting, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role and a relevant degree. The company offers a competitive package and UAE labour-law benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in FM, Property or service industries.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a Finance Manager or supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance of FM contracts, projects and sites.
• Prepare contract-level profit and loss reports and track revenues and costs.
• Ensure accurate billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Manage cash flow, payroll costs, and headcount alignment with contracts.
• Oversee accounts payable, supplier invoices, and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial dashboards for senior management.
