The Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading organization in the UAE. This is a great opportunity with a well-established and fast-growing entity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, managing large teams, and driving efficiency in a multicultural environment.

  • Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and processes.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management for business decision‑making.
  • Manage a large and diverse team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
  • Ensure effective implementation and utilization of finance system and tools.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, regulators, and banks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA is highly preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating large teams within multicultural organizations.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Based in the UAE (location details will be shared with shortlisted candidates).
