Job summary

Raj Stones is seeking a senior Finance & Accounts professional in the United Arab Emirates to handle cash/bank processing, payroll accounting, GL accounting, period closings, inter-company reconciliations and MIS reports.

The role requires 10–20 years of Finance and Accounts experience, with a Bachelor in Commerce & Accounting and CA qualification preferred; fluency in English/Hindi is expected.

Responsibilities

• Cash & Bank Payment / Receipt, Credit notes, Cash / Bank Reconciliations.
• Monthly Payroll Accounting.
• All GL Accounting, depreciation & maintenance of Fixed Assets Register.
• Monthly/Annual closing of Accounts.
• Inter-Company Reconciliations & Bank Reconciliation.
• MIS reporting, AR Aging, Customer & Supplier Account Reconciliation & collections.
• VAT and tax return filing.

Role & responsibilities

1. Cash & Bank Payment /Receipt, Credit notes, Cash /Bank Reconciliations

2. Monthly Payroll Accounting

3. All GL Accounting, providing Depreciation & Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register.

4. Monthly/ Annual closing of Accounts.

5. Inter- Company Reconciliations & Bank Reconciliation.

6 MIS report, AR Aging Report, Customer & Supplier Account Reconciliation & Collection Follow-up.

7. VAT and tax return of the company.
