A leading company in the consumer electronics sector is seeking a Lead Accountant to manage the accounts team, develop procedures for efficient workflows, and ensure timely corporate tax filing. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in account management and strong organizational skills, with expertise in software like ZOHO books.
Lead the accounts team to achieve the company targets and goals.
Create systems and procedures to create a smooth workflow.
Provide analytical insight to the financial reporting.
Supervise the accounts receivables and payables.
Manage the VAT and corporate tax preparation and filing on time.
Responsible of reconciliation of the books.
Lead an active role in the collections while working along the sales team.
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings.
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Lead the annual books audit.
Manage the company cash flow.
Prepare the books for corporate tax.
Job Details :
Prior 10 years of experience in account management is preferred.
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Applicants should also be comfortable working with spreadsheets, audits, and other organizational software (ZOHO books).
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience in consumer electronics is (required)
