Job summary

Seven House Family in Dubai seeks a Finance Manager to lead all financial operations, ensuring sound planning, efficient processes and regulatory compliance. The role covers budgeting, reporting, forecasting, auditing and strategic financial guidance to support growth.

You will oversee the finance team, monitor KPIs, manage cash flow and liaise with auditors and regulators to drive robust controls and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA preferred.
• CPA/ACCA/CFA strongly preferred.
• 5-7 years in a leadership role.
• IFRS or GAAP knowledge required.
• Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance team with emphasis on timely, accurate reporting.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Analyse financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity and working capital management.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, audit standards and regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and regulatory bodies.
• Drive process improvements and implement financial controls.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports for performance tracking.
• Support fundraising, investment analysis and M&A activities as applicable.
• Contribute to business strategy and long-term planning.

The Finance Manager is responsible for leading all financial operations of the company ensuring sound financial planning efficient processes and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Lead and manage the finance team ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting

Requirements
