Overview

We’re hiring a hands‑on, full‑stack Finance & Accounts professional for one of our clients — a fast‑growing investment company with multiple businesses under its umbrella, including a thriving F&B portfolio. This is not a “sit‑and‑review” finance role. It’s for someone who rolls up their sleeves, builds structure where needed, and owns end‑to‑end finance operations across multiple entities. Responsibilities

1. Core Accounting & Bookkeeping:
   • Full‑cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations).
   • Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing across entities.
   • Manage chart of accounts, consolidation entries, and intercompany transactions.
2. Financial Planning & Controls:
   • Cash flow planning, forecasting, and expense control.
   • Budget preparation and variance analysis.
   • Implement strong internal controls across business units.
3. Management Reporting:
   • Prepare MIS, P&L, balance sheets, financial packs for leadership.
   • Entity‑wise profitability, cost analysis, and performance reporting.
   • Support investment‑level reporting and board presentations.
4. Compliance & External Coordination:
   • Handle VAT filings, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
   • Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
   • Maintain accurate financial records in line with UAE regulations.
5. Business Partnering:
   • Work directly with leadership to support strategic decisions.
   • Provide financial insights for new outlets, investments, and expansions.
