• Ability to implement brand service strategy and financial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at JW Marriott Marquis and Dubai Marriott Harbour.
• Achieve financial goals at each property.
• Create and execute business plans in line with brand strategies.

Skills

Experience with Marriott Hotels and Luxury brands

Management of large hotel operations

Driving revenues efficiency and profitability

Preopening or renovation experience

Experience with government entities and high-end corporate ownership

Finance and Accounting knowledge

Education

4 years Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting
