ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Accountant/Financial Controller to supervise accounting activities in line with company policies. The role covers budgets, financing, financial accounting, payroll, cash management and reporting to enable informed decision-making and KPI achievement.

The incumbent will liaise with government and external auditors, monitor cash flows, ensure compliance, and oversee monthly reconciliations and financial systems enhancements.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 8 years progressive experience in a major industrial organization.
• Minimum 3 years at senior accountant or financial controller level.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with government and external auditors in examination of the company’s books and records.
• Monitor the preparation of cash flow forecasts for management review.
• Oversee monthly reconciliation and ensure proper approvals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE, ADNOC and Drilling policies and procedures.
• Supervise core accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable and payroll.
