Job summary
Prism-7 seeks a Finance Business Partner to cover UAE & KSA. The role builds financial strategies, budgets and forecasts and partners with Sales & Service teams to drive smarter decisions. You will lead profitability and cost-management initiatives, own financial reporting, and manage cash flows and audits.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of finance experience, strong UAE regulatory knowledge, and fluent English in a multinational environment. Experience with SAP is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- 10+ years of finance experience.
- Strong UAE finance and regulatory knowledge.
- Experience in a sales or trading-based environment.
- Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
- Strong planning, analysis and reporting skills.
- ERP experience, SAP is a plus.
- Fluent English mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Build financial strategies, budgets and forecasts.
- Partner with Sales & Service teams to drive smarter decisions.
- Lead profitability and cost-management initiatives.
- Own financial reporting, compliance and internal controls.
- Oversee credit & collections, payroll and cash management.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks and financial partners.
- Collaborate with Finance Shared Services and senior stakeholders.
