A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Finance Business Partner to be based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the Gulf region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with regional and country leadership, commercial teams, and other stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support strategic business decisions.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and targets, providing regular analysis of revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
• Prepare and present timely financial reports, business performance reviews, and actionable insights to senior management.
• Identify and investigate financial variances, assess business drivers, and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.

Experience Required

• Applicants must have proven work experience in the country where the role is based.
