Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of financial field experience.

• Experience in budgeting, procurement, and financial operations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on all financial transactions for the organizational unit.
• Coordinate financial transactions with other departments and review before approval.
• Audit financial transactions and monitor budget items.
• Oversee the organizational unit's budget and submit for approval.
• Prepare procurement plan and manage procurement and service transactions.
• Create purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, and related documents.
• Handle petty cash advances, travel, and supplier invoices.
