Role Overview

Wio Bank is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated UAE National to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team as a Finance Associate. In this role, you’ll support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to help drive strategic financial decisions across Wio’s fast-growing ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models, working closely with business units across the organization.
• Assist in monthly management reporting, including preparation of dashboards, financial summaries, and variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze key financial and business performance metrics, highlight trends, and contribute to insights that drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Strategy, Risk, Operations) to gather and validate financial inputs and assumptions.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, documentation, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline FP&A workflows and reporting.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis, reports, and presentations for senior management, executive leadership, and board-level reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or management reporting (internships and graduate programs welcome).
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable building or working with financial models and data sets.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
• Familiarity or interest in digital banking, fintech, or technology-driven financial services is a plus.
