Role Overview

Sales Representative Office—Dubai responsible for end‑to‑end activities for international sales and channel partner activities. Coordinator reports to a Senior Sales Manager and takes ownership of administrative duties.

Responsibilities
  • Finance & Accounting Activities – Book journals and adjusting entries, generate monthly financial reports, verify pay and record supplier invoices, facilitate electronic payments, assist with employee expense reports and monthly payroll input file, compliance awareness with VAT and corporate tax, petty cash custodian.
  • Office Administration Activities – Reception tasks, manage correspondence and logistics, track office stationery and pantry supplies, support government relations officer for legal requirements, manage accommodation and travel, organise corporate events and meetings, create purchase requisitions, support HR and IT.
  • Sales Administration Activities – Assist with creation or renewal of channel partner agreements via Salesforce, coordinate tender and pre‑qualification documents, monitor warranty claims and associated logistics, assist sales team with Salesforce hygiene, arrange shipments (samples, exhibitions, documentation).
Compensation

Competitive salary, housing allowance and medical insurance. Office located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, a comfortable walking distance from the metro station.

About You
  • At least 23 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent collaboration skills in an international environment and matrixed organization.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
