Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Dubai is seeking a young, dynamic Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with the business, providing financial insights and supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting and commercial decision-making.

The role requires a CA qualification with 4–5 years post-qualification experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, IFRS knowledge and excellent communication with stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, management accounting and MIS reporting.

• Prepare and consolidate financial reports; support month-end and year-end close.

• Monitor budgets, expenses, payments, inventory and working capital.
• Support cash-flow forecasting and debtor aging.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Support management on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, management accounting and MIS reporting.
• Partner with business and central functions on annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Prepare and consolidate financial reports and support timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost control.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, payments, inventory and working capital.
• Support cash-flow forecasting, credit control and debtor ageing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IFRS and applicable tax requirements.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, consultants and suppliers.
• Provide accurate financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications
