Job summary

HCLTech in UAE is seeking a highly skilled Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience to lead end-to-end Finacle core banking implementations, bridging business requirements with technical execution.

You will drive requirement workshops, configuration, customization, and API integration, while coordinating with stakeholders across CASA, TD, and Loans modules, and ensuring successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finacle core banking implementations.
• Lead workshops to gather business requirements and map them to technical solutions.
• Strong Finacle scripting and PL/SQL expertise for customization and integration.

Responsibilities

• Solution design and end-to-end implementation of Finacle modules.
• Customization and development using Finacle scripting and PL/SQL.
• Integration and API support including batch jobs and menu customization.
• Stakeholder management and delivery milestone oversight.
• Testing, UAT support, and post-implementation support.

Key Job Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation: Lead end-to-end solutioning, including functional design, gap analysis, and configuration of Finacle modules.

Customization & Development: Develop customizations using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL for tailored banking requirements.

Integration & Technical Support: Handle API integrations, batch job scheduling/monitoring, and menu customization.

Stakeholder Management: Work with business users to gather requirements and manage delivery milestones.

Testing & Deployment: Support UAT, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
