Job summary

A technology services company in Dubai is seeking an experienced professional for application support. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining Finacle Applications, ensuring optimal performance, and managing incident resolutions under the ITIL Framework. Candidates should have hands-on experience with various modules and the ability to handle critical production issues. Extended hours may be required during critical incidents.

  • Essential knowledge of Finacle Application 10x or higher version.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Experience in Finacle Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
  • Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in Application trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
  • Application performance tuning and optimization.
  • Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA.
  • Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis.
  • Experience in Workflow maintenance and Configuration.
  • Essential knowledge of Finacle Application 10x or higher version.
  • Complete knowledge of Loan module and the entire life cycle.
  • Knowledge of other modules like CASA, Interface, EOD/BOD, etc.
  • Hands on experienced on Windows, Unix/Linux, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.
  • Able to handle pressure & support critical production issues.
  • Willing to work extended hours during critical incidents & schedule weekend deployments.
  • Acknowledging and acting on command center Calls(24x7).
