Serco Inc. in the CAF DTC at Langley AFB seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME to train U.S. and allied aircrew in distributed mission operations.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, 9+ years as a fighter aviator or equivalent. You will role-play aircraft in DMO events using NGTS, CES and MACE. You’ll stay current on tactics and prepare missions, attend planning conferences like RED FLAG, and help develop Joint Simulation

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• 9+ years as a fighter aviator, or 7+ with a Master’s, or 4+ with a PhD.
• Former Fighter Pilot/NFO/CSO/WSO with listed aircraft experience.
• Knowledge of fighter employment manuals and related doctrine.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, briefing, and debriefing LFEs/Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to develop and test JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting on training doctrine, scenario development, and data analysis.
