Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO / CSO / NFO Operations SME for Air Combat Command’s CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. Role focuses on distributed training and mission evaluation using CES, NGTS and MACE, supporting LFEs and training events.

A DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR is required; 9 years’ fighter aviator experience (or Master’s with 7 years, PhD with 4 years) and potential travel up to 10% are expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR
• 9 years’ fighter aviator experience (or Master’s with 7 years, PhD with 4 years)
• Former Fighter Pilot/NFO/CSO/WSO with listed aircraft (F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, F-35)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration training for U.S. and allied aircrew via Distributed Mission Operations (DMO)
• Schedule, plan missions, create mission materials, brief, execute, and debrief LFEs and small-team events
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients for training development, doctrine, and data analysis
