Job summary

BAUER Equipment Gulf LLC is seeking a Service Technician – Foundation Equipment to maintain, repair and troubleshoot BAUER machinery across the Middle East. You will provide hands-on site support to customers and partners, rig and inspect equipment, and determine spare parts needs in collaboration with the sales team.

The role requires hydraulic/electric knowledge, several years in a mechanical field, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• School diploma or degree in a mechanical, hydraulic or electrical related field or equivalent education.
• Several years of professional experience as Mechanic, Technician, Electrician or similar position; experience with drilling, piling or other special foundation equipment a must
• Good knowledge in Hydraulics and/or electrics
• First experience as team leader, supervisor or similar leadership experience within the mechanical field beneficial
• Able to communicate in English, in written and verbally
• Willingness to travel to construction sites and customers
• Good skills with MS office and SAP; other service software’s a plus
• Driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on BAUER equipment construction machinery within Middle East Region
• Hands-on support for our customers and service partners on construction sites
• Rigging, lifting, moving, (Dis)assembling, inspecting for damages, operational testing and cleaning of our equipment and/or components
• Research and determine spare parts needs and suggest spare part packages to customers and BAUER sales team
• Compliance, participate and execute BAUER standards in the field of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
