Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and create survey reports covering all technical aspects (dimensions, existing equipment, material, contraction, access plans, etc.).
• Assess labor and equipment requirements for each project and submit price analysis.
• Provide technical instruction to field service representatives regarding installation, operation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance at customer installations.
• Actively lead, support, and manage sub‑contract labour, ensuring timely project execution and compliance with all site safety procedures.
• Ensure AAF site safety procedures and environmental codes of practice are enforced throughout installation activities.
• Monitor health‑and‑safety documentation and complete safety inspections.
• Create, review, and approve timesheets and manpower invoices.
• Create RFQs for site tools, consumables, PPE and analyse quotations.
• Work closely with the sales and applications team when bidding for projects and perform cost estimation for site service works covering labour, tools, equipment, etc.
• Create method statements, risk assessments, MSRA, lifting plans and lift equipment selection.
• Compile site services work packs in a timely manner (drawings, installation programmes, method statements, risk assessments, lifting plans and quality certifications).
• Assign workforce and resources to multiple sites for simultaneous projects.
• Attend client online and onsite meetings to coordinate and plan the work in line with client expectations.
• Develop priorities and monitor status of special projects on an ongoing basis.
• Create hand sketches or AutoCAD sketches related to site services, surveys and onsite works.
• Act as liaison between customers and other departments.
• Maintain progress scheduling forms and site planning forms.
• Prepare daily progress reports and final site reports.
• Prepare a job completion certificate upon project completion and obtain client approval.
• Maintain site tools calibration, certification, and tagging systems up to date.
• Maintain site tools and consumables lists after completion of every project.
• Prepare tools and consumables shipping lists with packing details for each project.
• Maintain site services training qualification and PPE matrix up to date for all site team members and sales team; assist the admin team in booking required training, applying for access passes, and booking flights, hotels and transportation for AAF field representatives in the UAE and outside the UAE.
