Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Service Engineer – Services Nova LT to support on-site installations, maintenance, and planning for our energy products at customer sites. The role includes leading installation and maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions while maintaining safety and compliance.

An initial training program will start, with progression to take ownership of field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (including offshore facilities)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality
• Oversee, troubleshoot, and commission rotating equipment and products at customer sites
• Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, and briefing reports for customers and internal teams
• Ensure internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated and followed
• Manage company digital tools to access technical documents and manage packing lists, bills of material and drawings
