Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma in mechanical or drafting or equivalent experience.
• Experience with drafting tools like AutoCAD and MS Office Suite including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of detailed drawings and deliverables of high technical quality.
• Develop basic technical skills to complete assigned work.
• Understand the contract scope, specifications, schedule and inter-discipline requirements.
• Maintain filing system for drawings and documents as directed by senior designer.
• Assist and/or prepare discipline deliverables such as detailed design and as-built drawings.
