A global enterprise software support provider is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to drive pipeline, demand, and lead generation across the Middle East. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, managing event logistics, and collaborating with sales teams to enhance lead nurturing. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, fluency in English, and a minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience in the software IT services sector. This is a remote position based in Dubai, UAE.

The Field Marketing Coordinator will deploy the regional marketing strategy in line with the business objectives for ME. You'll assume the responsibility for driving pipeline, demand, and lead generation in the region. This includes generating interest, enabling sales and accelerate/influence existing opportunities to create inbound leads.
The Field Marketing Coordinator will utilize regional and corporate marketing capabilities and engage closely with the in‑region EMEA team to roll out marketing campaigns, as well as strategize and execute field‑marketing programs. This position will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager, EMEA South.
Bachelor’s degree required; in marketing or communications preferred
Remote - Dubai, UAE
Proven track record in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in the software IT services industry, focusing on the Middle East market.
