A leading engineering firm is seeking a detail-oriented Field Instrumentation Engineer in Abu Dhabi. This role requires 8-12 years of experience in field instrumentation for Oil & Gas projects, focusing on installation, supervision, and integration of control systems. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and strong knowledge of international codes. Knowledge of tools like SmartPlant Instrumentation and AutoCAD is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in field instrumentation in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ISA, IEC, API, NEC/NEMA).
• Experience coordinating with DCS/PLC vendors (Emerson, ABB, Siemens, Honeywell).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site focal point for instrumentation installation and integration activities.
• Support and coordinate with construction teams on installation of field instruments and control valves.
• Verify and supervise instrument calibration, loop checking, and functional testing at the site.
