Job summary

Baker Hughes is launching an Emerging Talent Program for Field Engineers in Abu Dhabi. As a FIELD ENG I - WLE you will join on-site client teams, lead crews, and ensure equipment is installed, maintained, and started properly while delivering high-quality field services.

You will gain hands-on experience on rigs, work across multi-disciplinary teams, develop leadership, data analysis, and project management skills, and participate in mentorship and career development opportunities within a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any field) within the last 36 months.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work without sponsorship or time restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with crew members to deploy tools and services on-site and liaise with customers and Operations Managers.
• Solve complex technical problems through hands-on work at the rig site.
• Prepare and handle equipment and products for well site movements and deliveries.
• Support tender activities including data analysis and cost estimates, and participate in invoicing activities.
• Engage in job shadowing to gain broad understanding of the business.
