• Apply resin and other bonding agents to achieve strong, defect‑free laminates.
• Use molds and templates to shape fiberglass components accurately.
• Trim, sand, and finish fiberglass parts to meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Handle and store fiberglass materials and chemicals safely.
