Job summary

JA The Resort's newly opened Sports & Shooting Club is seeking a Female Receptionist to be the welcoming face for guests and members in Dubai. You will deliver warm, professional service at the front desk and set the tone for memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, handling enquiries, promoting club facilities and memberships, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys. Protel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Receptionist, Front Office, or Guest Services role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Protel is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for hospitality.
