Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and overall management of the private household.
• Provide professional butler services to the family and guests.

• Manage formal dining arrangements, table settings, food and beverage service.
• Coordinate and supervise household staff including housekeepers and chefs.

Job Overview We are seeking a professional well-groomed and experienced Female Butler cum House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private household The ideal candidate must have strong butler service skills proven household management experience and the ability to maintain exceptional standards of hospitality organization and discretion The candidate should be confident in managing household staff coordinating daily activities and providing personalized service to the family and their guests

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 7 years of relevant experience in butler service, household management, or luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience working in private households, preferably serving VIP or UHNW families.
• Proven experience in a combined Butler and House Manager role will be highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of professional butler service, formal dining etiquette, and household management.
• Experience supervising household staff and coordinating daily household operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming, a courteous attitude, and a service-oriented personality.
• High levels of discretion, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to the family's requirements.
