About the Role
Three O Verse IT Global Services LLC is seeking a smart, confident, and well-presented Female Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s and senior staff’s calendars, appointments, and international travel schedules with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and client interactions with professionalism.
- Prepare and organize agendas, presentations, reports, and detailed minutes for executive meetings.
- Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Monitor and respond to calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Track ongoing tasks and ensure timely follow‑up and completion of assigned action items.
- Prepare and validate company communications, official letters, and client correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, staff, clients, and external partners.
- Maintain seamless communication and coordination across departments to ensure workflow alignment.
- Represent the CEO professionally in meetings, events, and client engagements when required.
- Manage executive travel, including visa arrangements, hotel bookings, and itinerary preparation.
- Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, and employee engagement activities.
- Support executive initiatives and contribute to improving administrative processes.
- Ensure the smooth and professional functioning of the executive office at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of UAE experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong professional appearance and a confident, well‑groomed demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
- Positive attitude, initiative‑driven, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with experience supporting senior management.
