Financeroles is seeking an experienced FCC PMO Manager / Senior Manager in Dubai to lead delivery of Financial Crime Compliance projects, regulatory remediation, and supervisory actions. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and evidence-based reporting to senior management and regulators.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience leading FCC/regulatory change programmes in banking.
• Strong AML/CFT knowledge and regulatory remediation exposure.
• Proven PMO governance, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Experience coordinating with regulators and audits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of FCC projects, programmes, supervisory actions, and remediation items.
• Establish robust PMO governance frameworks with project plans, milestones, and risk registers.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and regulatory change governance.
• Develop detailed project plans, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards across multiple FCC workstreams.
• Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Provide senior management and regulatory reporting including status updates and issues.
• Coordinate responses and evidence packs for regulatory validation (CBUAE).
• Act as central coordinator between Compliance, FCC, IT, Operations, Risk, Internal Audit, and Business teams.
• Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams (policy, process, technology, data, people).
• Support vendors and consultants delivering FCC initiatives.
• Handle scope changes and delivery trade-offs under regulatory deadlines.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards for regulatory scrutiny.
• Support internal QA, independent testing, and audit reviews.
• Maintain project documentation and audit trails.
