Job summary

ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS in Dubai is seeking a data-driven Sr. Planner/Jr. Planner for fashion retail to lead financial planning, inventory optimization and seasonal strategies.

You will manage budgets, drive forecasting, collaborate with buyers on assortment and pricing, and monitor performance to recommend corrective actions in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Experience in retail/fashion planning is preferred.
• Strong OTB, inventory and financial planning skills.
• Advanced Excel and analytical mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets (Sales, Margins, Markdown) & OTB planning.
• Drive WSSI, forecasting & post-season analysis.
• Partner with Buyers on assortment, pricing & range plans.
• Optimize inventory, allocations & sell-through.
• Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions.
