Are you a creative soul who loves colours, fabrics, silhouettes, and storytelling through clothes?
Q Kompany, a growing sustainable fashion startup, is looking for a Fashion Designer who can bring ideas to life and help shape the future of eco‑fashion in the UAE.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Passionate about sustainable and eco‑friendly fashion
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and strong in sketching & design development
• Skilled in preparing detailed seasonal tech packs (Summer, Winter, Festive, Limited Editions)
• Comfortable working with upcycled saris, natural fabrics, zero‑waste techniques, and eco‑materials
• Able to work closely with tailors, artisans, and the design + production teams
• Organised, proactive, and eager to grow with a small startup environment
• Fluent in English

Your Responsibilities:

• Creating seasonal mood boards, concepts, and detailed design sketches
• Preparing full tech packs for every collection, including measurements, POMs, construction details, and fabric specifications
• Overseeing sampling, pattern development, and guiding tailors
• Designing for Aval’s various sustainable lines (Responsible, Reloved, Handmade, etc.)
• Experimenting with upcycled materials, natural dyes, and recycled fabricsSupporting workshop-based product designs
• Maintaining organised design files, measurement charts, and production notes
• Ensuring all designs align with the brand’s sustainability philosophy
