Role Overview

Al Hawajer Stud is a private Arabian horse breeding and training facility focused on producing high-quality show and performance horses. The stud emphasizes traditional Arabian bloodlines, excellence in care, and professional management standards.

We are seeking an experienced Arabian Horse Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of the stud.

The manager will be responsible for the horses’ well‑being, staff supervision, breeding coordination, stable maintenance, and overall farm performance.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Arabian horses, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily stable and farm operations
• Oversee feeding, grooming, training, and veterinary schedules
• Manage breeding programs, foaling, and semen logistics (AI / frozen semen)
• Maintain accurate records of health, breeding, and inventory
• Lead, train, and schedule grooms, riders, and other staff
• Ensure facility hygiene, equipment maintenance, and biosecurity protocols
• Liaise with veterinarians, farriers, and suppliers
• Report regularly to ownership on performance and improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing an Arabian horse stud or equestrian facility
• Strong knowledge of Arabian horse breeding, handling, and nutrition
• Proven ability to manage staff and multiple operational tasks
• Good communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Capable of using basic technology for record‑keeping and coordination
