Farm Manager (Cattle)

Location: Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager in Abu Dhabi. The Farm Manager will oversee farm operations, ensuring the health and well-being of the cattle and optimizing production efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing all farm activities.
2. Monitoring and managing cattle health, breeding, and nutrition.
3. Implementing vaccination and disease prevention programs.
4. Maintaining accurate records of animal health and farm data.
5. Supporting junior staff in achieving their goals.
6. Adjusting feeding practices seasonally.
7. Keeping detailed records related to herd management, production, and operations.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience as a Farm Manager.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of cattle breeding, nutrition, and health management.
• Familiarity with pasture management and rotational grazing.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.
