Job summary

Emirates European Medical Centre (EEMC) in Dubai invites a qualified Family Medicine Specialist Consultant to help launch a dedicated Longevity Centre focused on preventive medicine and health optimisation.

You will develop longevity and functional medicine programmes, assess and monitor patients, interpret labs, and design personalised plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver proactive, evidence‑based care, and contribute to clinical pathways for the Longevity Centre.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical consultations focused on longevity prevention and health optimisation.
• Assess patients’ medical history lifestyle factors nutrition exercise sleep stress and environmental influences.
• Identify individual health risks and opportunities for preventative intervention.
• Develop personalised longevity and functional medicine programmes.
• Request interpret and explain relevant laboratory investigations biomarkers and diagnostic assessments.
• Support patients in improving metabolic health reducing disease risk and enhancing quality of life.
• Manage chronic health conditions using evidence-based medical and lifestyle interventions.
• Provide ongoing monitoring and follow-up to measure progress and outcomes.
• Educate and empower patients to make sustainable improvements to their health.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with Dubai Health Authority DHA requirements.
• Contribute to the development of clinical pathways programmes and services within the new Longevity Centre.

The successful candidate will play a central role in developing and delivering comprehensive longevity-focused medical programmes for patients seeking to optimise their health prevent chronic disease and maintain vitality throughout life You will provide detailed medical assessments interpret clinical data and develop personalised health optimisation plans based on the individual needs goals and risk factors of each patient The role will involve working with patients who are motivated to take an active role in their health through evidence-based interventions relating to lifestyle nutrition exercise metabolic health preventative screening and healthy ageing As part of the wider EEMC healthcare network there will also be opportunities for appropriate collaboration and cross-referral pathways with our established multidisciplinary clinic which includes chiropractic physiotherapy Traditional Chinese Medicine and nutrition

Essential Requirements

• DHA Licence or Eligibility Letter as a Family Medicine Specialist, or Family Medicine Consultant (either of these qualifies, please apply regardless of which category you hold).
• Medical degree recognised by the Dubai Health Authority.
• Minimum five years' post-qualification clinical experience.
• Strong interest in preventive medicine, functional medicine and healthy ageing.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, ethical and patient-centred care.
• Ability to build strong long-term relationships with patients.
