Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised university; UAE license or eligibility to practice is an advantage.
• Proven experience in family law with strong familiarity with Abu Dhabi Civil Court procedures.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a professional legal team.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients on family law matters including divorce, custody, guardianship, maintenance, and inheritance.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and submissions in both English and Arabic.
• Manage and file cases before the Abu Dhabi Civil Court and other UAE judicial authorities.
• Provide legal opinions and guidance on matters related to UAE family law and related regulations.
• Liaise with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals in a professional and timely manner.
• Support expatriate clients in navigating UAE family law procedures and documentation.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in UAE family and civil legislation.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and contribute to the preparation of case strategies and client relations.
