Job summary

NMC healthcare LLC is seeking a Service Coordinator to coordinate developmental assessments and therapy services for children with developmental delays, disabilities, or special needs in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the primary liaison between families, healthcare providers, therapists, schools, and community agencies, collecting essential information and developing care plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and related field knowledge are required.
• 2–5 years experience in child development, healthcare coordination, rehabilitation, or social services preferred.
• Knowledge of child development milestones and developmental disorders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate developmental assessment appointments and therapy services.
• Act as the primary liaison between families, healthcare providers, therapists, schools, and community agencies.
• Conduct intake interviews and gather relevant medical, developmental, and social information.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans.
• Schedule appointments and maintain service calendars.
• Ensure timely referrals to specialists and community support programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
• Monitor service delivery and follow up on missed appointments or unmet needs.
• Educate families about available services, benefits, and community resources.
• Assist families with accessing financial assistance or government support programs when applicable.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and documentation for quality assurance and compliance.
