Job Description

Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including vendor management, PPM planning, and coordination with finance for timely payments.

Coordinate with leasing and fit-out teams to ensure smooth tenant handovers, approvals, and fit-out completion.

Manage utility account closures and transitions with service providers for tenant move-ins and move-outs.

Support management in implementing property upgrades to enhance value and tenant experience.
