Job summary
Kerzner International Limited is seeking a skilled facilities maintenance professional in Dubai to handle electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and water systems, ensuring safety and adherence to manuals. You will maintain pumps, valves, and piping while providing shift coverage and supervising on-site tasks.
Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in maintenance, trade education, and hands-on experience with PPR/PVC pipelines, welding, and water systems.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years in a facilities maintenance trade with trade school or upper education.
- Maintain electrical, mechanical, plumbing, water systems and safety features.
- Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer guidelines and manuals.
- Must perform shift coverage and train others.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Maintain and operate PPR/PVC pipelines and sanitary systems.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas before, during, and after jobs.
- Escalate issues to senior personnel when needed.
