Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Facilities Supervisor to join the team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP/HVAC systems, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 15 technicians delegating tasks and ensuring efficient operations
• Plan and oversee Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to maintain operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot and maintain MEP systems with a focus on HVAC
• Handle client communications with professionalism and transparency
• Prepare technical reports and cost estimations for retrofit projects (desirable)

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license (essential)
• Proficiency in MEP systems particularly HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
