Job summary

Aldar Education LLC is seeking a Facilities & Services Officer to lead facilities and general services across our school network in Abu Dhabi. You will drive a service culture, ensure maintenance, safety, and efficient staff deployment in alignment with Aldar Education directives.

You will oversee housing, procurement, and external service contractors, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and government regulations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a mid-level facilities/service role.
• Strong supervisory and coordination capabilities.
• Attention to detail and timely execution.
• Able to multi-task and plan ahead, with understanding of local compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of facilities and general services across the school(s).
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance and safety.
• Supervise housing for staff per policy and allowances.
• Oversee cost-effective purchasing and contracting within budget.
