Jobsatdubai is seeking a Facilities & Services Officer responsible for managing all Facilities & General Services activities in the school. The role emphasizes high-quality standards, compliance with directives, and effective team management.

You will ensure the school facilities are maintained effectively and oversee external service providers while nurturing a culture of service excellence. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field and exceptional organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a mid-level position within an education or facilities service oriented industry.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and oral.
• Attention to detail with diligent follow up.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Oversee the security and efficient operation of the school site.
• Manage the facilities and general service teams.
