Job summary

Arada is seeking a Facilities Executive to oversee the operational performance of amenities across Madar, Aljada Discovery Centre and surrounding areas in the UAE. You will command the FM service provider to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable building services, water features, and daily housekeeping.

The role requires leadership of MEP, life-safety, and energy optimization, with strong emphasis on health and safety, stakeholder coordination, and visitor experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Professional membership in relevant bodies (e.g., CIBSE, ASHRAE, IFMA, or RICS) desirable.
• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct FM service provider with mobilization, planned and reactive schedules, SLA/KPI monitoring, and budget tracking.
• Direct day-to-day housekeeping to high standards with audits and closures.
• Oversee central plant, chiller operations and BMS performance, including energy optimization.
• Ensure life-safety systems compliance and statutory inspections; coordinate with external teams.
