careermac in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Civil Multi Technician to perform preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on building fabric and civil assets. You will handle masonry, carpentry, painting, tiling, gypsum works and waterproofing, ensuring safety, quality and compliance with standards.

Key duties include inspections, defect rectification, and maintenance record-keeping. Preference given to candidates with UAE/GCC facilities management experience and the ability to work at height.

Qualifications

• ITI/Trade certificate or equivalent in civil or related trades.
• Experience in building maintenance and finishing works is preferred.
• Additional vocational certifications in building maintenance are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on building fabric and civil assets.
• Execute corrective maintenance including repairs of cracks, plaster, masonry and finishes.
• Carry out carpentry and joinery works for doors, cabinets, and fittings.
• Inspect waterproofing and perform leakage rectification.
• Attend emergency calls and meet contractual response times.
• Complete documentation and maintain maintenance records.
