Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance across a portfolio of over 40 residential properties in Dubai. Currently we are using companies and services, but it doesn't make economical sense.

You’ll handle routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and urgent call-outs for villas and apartments under the portfolio.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, organized, and comfortable using digital tools to log and report completed work.

We need someone all round who can do everything from paint, minor HVAC service, plumbing, electrical.

Must have a driving license.

Skills

• Perform general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor HVAC)
• Diagnose and repair appliances (washing machines, ovens, fridges, etc.)
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance checks
• Maintain exterior areas (BBQ, pergolas, gardens, water features)
• Record all maintenance jobs in our software system with photos and notes
• Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule works
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property guidelines
• Manage materials, tools, and supplies efficiently
• Report recurring or high-cost issues for management review
